  I used the dog wash - inserted cash (cash only option in 2022!, can you believe
  It??) and the dog wash had completely run out of shampoo. So essentially paid $15 to rinse my dog with water. Nobody at the business seemed to be able to assist me, or refund me. Contacted the business about this issue thru website - but no response. The dog wash machines are like the pokeys - put your coins in - and either you ‘win’ a dog wash or you lose your money. It
  Is That simple. Crystal car wash Rose Bay simply doesn’t care if you ‘lose’ - better luck with washing your dog next time you come to ‘gamble’ your cash away. Not impressed!

  One star is being generous. When you over charged a customer by $16.00. And you rudely told him, he can afford. Then you wet him with water hose. That is a dog act. I hope ACA comes to your premises. The employee should be sacked

  ITS A SCAM!!!! Paid for 4 min wash + tire shine + door frame wipe (35$). They did not wipe door frame sprayed the tire with a bit of water. The car is still dirty with dirt and dust. DO NOT RECOMMEND 1/10 experience

  Saw the bad reviews but decided to try it.
  Really thorough and good clean.
  Nice staff, helped me take the roof tent off the car and everything.

  Dog wash looks great but I'm sorry you can't be cash only in 2022. Who the hell carries $12 in exact change around! Incredibly inconvenient especially when the BP refuses to change notes or offer cash out

  don't have the temerity to turn up to this place with a dirty car unless you want to be shafted for double the advertised price. Standard underpaid workforce doing a half-arsed job at super-inflated rates. They even make them get on google and leave fake positive reviews. A real eastern suburbs gem.
