  I have lived in the local area my whole life and this is my local dry cleaner. The front staff, in particular Tina & Yanti have been incredibly caring, attentive and extremely customer serviced focused each time I visit. I visit the dry cleaner at least 3 times every week and each time I take my small dog who is absolutely adored by Tina and Yanti and they are so warm and loving towards her.
  
  Lately I have noticed an extreme tension amongst the ladies and a noticeable change in their normal happy demeanor. I was confronted by a person who was rude, abrupt and in complete contrast to the usual stellar service and smiling faces i have been used to.
  I do not know who this new person is but they do not belong there, they were very demeaning to Yanti and Tina and very rude to the other customers in the shop at the time I was there. I will definitely not be returning to the dry cleaner in light of this new staff member, much to my dismay and the dismay of my dog. I dare say business will certainly be on the decrease from now on unless something is done.
